Spiders Control

Spiders are a diverse group of arthropods found throughout the world. Some species are very small, while others are very large. Although the most common house spiders are harmless, black widow spiders and some brown recluse spiders are very venomous.

Spiders feed on insects, other spiders, and small reptiles. Unlike insects, they have two parts instead of three parts of the body.

These two parts are the head - which contains the eyes, mouth, and legs - and the abdomen. Spiders have four pairs of legs, and eight eyes located on the front of the head, but some spiders have less number of eyes. The arrangement of these eyes is often used to distinguish between different species of spiders. The abdomen contains the reproductive system, respiratory system, glands and spinnerets used for spinning silk.

The easiest way to detect spider infestation is to look for their silk. Check the top corners for any areas that tend to be dark and damp. You may find spider webs around door and window frames, storage areas, and ventilation systems.

Scorpions control

Scorpions lay about 4-90 scorpions. First 10-12 days, the young scorpions climb their mother and rest on her back until their exoskeleton hardens. Scorpions live from 3-5 years and some species reach 20 years. Scorpions have a high sensing as they can determine the distance of any attack through their legs and small hair.

Some believe that the color and size of the scorpion is related to the degree of toxicity, but in fact, the toxicity of a scorpion is determined by its type and not by its color and size. There are 18 species of scorpions registered in Jordan, their colors range from black to brown and even blonde. Only five species are considered very poisonous and dangerous to human. The rest of the species carry a danger ranging from very weak to medium. Most scorpions with thick and broad pincers are less toxic than those with thin pincers.

Types of poisonous scorpions in Jordan:

Death Stalker Scorpion: This scorpion has a yellow color and a black collar around its belly from the back. Its length ranges from 6 to 9 cm. This type is the most prevalent in Jordan and the most poisonous.

The Black Scorpion: This type of scorpion is considered venomous and lives in burrows. It is black, reaches 8 cm in length and has thick segments on the tail.
