Rope Access Policy
- All rope access activities are carried out exclusively by qualified technicians holding valid IRATA certifications and in full compliance with current industry safety standards and best practices.
- A site-specific Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statement (MS), and Rescue & Emergency Plan are prepared and approved prior to the commencement of any rope access work.
- Technicians are required to use approved fall protection systems and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while working at height.
- All rope access equipment, anchors, and PPE are subject to routine inspection, maintenance, and documented pre-use checks to ensure their safety and integrity.
- Work at height may be postponed, suspended, or rescheduled whenever weather conditions, including high winds, rain, or other environmental factors that could compromise the safety of personnel or the quality of the work.
- Façade cleaning methods, equipment, and cleaning detergents are selected according to the specific façade material, including glass, stone, aluminium composite panels (Alucobond), and other architectural finishes.
- Standard façade cleaning services do not include the removal of permanent stains, surface deterioration, oxidation, or damage resulting from structural defects, environmental exposure, or chemical reactions unless specifically included within the agreed scope of work.
- Bird control systems are designed and installed to suit the specific characteristics of each site using durable, weather-resistant materials intended for long-term outdoor performance.
- Bird management solutions are based on humane and preventive practices, including bird netting, bird spikes, post-and-wire systems, and other non-harmful deterrent methods that discourage bird activity without causing injury.
- The client is responsible for providing all required site access, permits, approvals, and access to roof areas or other designated anchor locations before the scheduled commencement of work.
- Bash Services accepts no responsibility for pre-existing structural defects, damaged façade elements, loose materials, or concealed building conditions identified before or during the execution of the work, unless remediation of such conditions forms part of the agreed contractual scope.

Environmentally Responsible Products: Whenever feasible, we select environmentally preferable cleaning products and pest control solutions that are biodegradable, low in toxicity, and suitable for the intended application. We also seek to minimize packaging waste and ensure that chemical containers and operational waste are handled and disposed of through authorized waste management providers in accordance with applicable regulations.
Environmental Awareness & Training: Environmental responsibility is integrated into our daily operations through ongoing employee training and awareness programs. Our personnel are encouraged to adopt sustainable work practices, comply with environmental procedures, and actively contribute to reducing the environmental impact of our services.
Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Bash Services complies with all applicable environmental legislation and regulatory requirements. We monitor our environmental performance through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct periodic reviews, and implement corrective actions where necessary to support continual improvement.
Communication & Continuous Improvement: We believe that transparency and collaboration are essential to achieving our environmental objectives.
